Crawfish Directions:
1. Add seasoning to water and bring to boil (water should cover crawfish).
2. Add crawfish. After crawfish returns to a boil cook 2 minutes for crawfish (5 minutes for crabs) then turn heat off; add 1 bag of ice then let stand for another 15 - 20 minutes. Remove seafood; now ready to eat. The longer seafood soaks the spicier it will be.
 
*Contents of package will season approximately 30-33 lbs of crawfish.
