Our Story

How many times have you been to a crawfish, crab or shrimp boil and afterwards washed your hands only to touch your eyes and felt that not-so-fun burning feeling?

Lapeyroux's Seafood Hand Cleaner soap & wipes were specifically formulated for this reason, to eliminate the smell, spice and burning off your hands!

We have since created Lapeyroux's Down South Flushable Wipes, Fishing Hand Cleaner Wipes & Soap, Stealth Wipes, & our first food product, Lapeyroux's Seafood Boil Seasoning!

James was born in Houma, Louisiana, and relocated to Houston, Texas at the age of nine. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Hospital Corpsman. He deployed aboard the USNS Mercy during Operation Desert Storm, where he helped care for American prisoners of war following their release from Iraq. After returning home, he continued his service as a corpsman attached to Marine units and multiple Fleet Hospital commands. He later served at an Army field hospital with the 62nd Medical Brigade during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Prior to creating the Lapeyroux's products, he owned several independent pharmcies in the Greater Houston area.
